Summary: Always a great stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I was even recognized from a previous stay, which made me feel all that much more welcome!

Summary: The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, professional and efficient. The suite was beautiful with 270 degree views of mountains. The resort facilities were also fantastic for exercise and swimming. I look forward to returning in Winter and experiencing the changes in the landscape and nature. I can't fault this hotel it was a joy to stay at and very relaxing with excellent underground parking included

Summary: Wonderful property. We lobed the pool and used the grill multiple night to cook dinner. Comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed, we had a great stay.

Summary: Was charged a $150 holding fee when the receipt said $29 due at check in which I was not accounting for therefore one of the activities we wanted to do we could not do

Summary: Property is very nice and centrally located to Mammoth Village. The price is way too high as there is construction that starts at 6AM. Should have been apprised of the construction.

Summary: This is one of the most pet friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were very accommodating. The whole hotel was very clean

Summary: I had a small room issue with a screaming baby in the room next to me. Front end staff, a younger male, very quickly addressed the situation, insisted that they help me move my belongings and gave me a room with a much nicer view. This team member deserves to be recognized for understanding customer service! He truly made me feel like my happiness was important, something very lost in business today. Beyond that the hotel is quite nice, quiet, and I will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great place it could have been cleaned better! And the couch was so uncomfortable , and they need an adult hot tub because it was filled with little kids so my husband and I never got to go in the parents are rude just letting there kids hang out in there!!!!! Everything else was great the view the restaurant the bed was comfortable.
